We wish to inform you that the Tárcoles County Water Administrative Association, decided and approved the bestow of the city’s water to the entire Costa Montaña Estates development.
Construction Advances
Our firm has submitted to the National Department of Public Works and Transportations, the design of the extension of the national road # 34, to the entrance of the project. Their final approval will permit the initiation of the construction.
The Tárcoles county local government authorized the construction of the first stage of Costa Montaña’s infrastructure. It consists of the retaining walls and the rain water control system. This labor is being build up.
Furthermore, since March 3, 2006, the construction of the main entrance to the Costa Montaña Estates began.
