Our team

AMANCO de COSTA RICA is a leader enterprise in Latin America. They offer a great variety of products such as PVC piping systems, waste water treatment plants and irrigation systems among others.

OTHERS do not assure water provision to their property owners; most likely, the water provision will be obtained by wells.

When building a well in Costa Rica, it is necessary to go through an intensive and long permission process. It is not guaranteed that you will find water or if it is going to be drinkable.

In addition, maintenance of wells involves great expenses.

ELECTRICITY, TELEPHONE, INTERNET AND CABLE SERVICES We guarantee electricity, cable, internet and telephone services In all of our projects.

At Costa Montaña, the cable and internet services are obtained through the infrastructure bought by Costa Developers and donated to the government.

At Costa Esterillos and Costa Reserva, the cable and internet services will be obtained from CABLE TICA


that offers to the Costa Rican market the following services: television, digital and cable modem.

The Telecomunication company is ICE (Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad)


The Electricity will be provided by CORELCA,


OTHERS may assure you electricity, but not cable, internet or telephone services.
INFRASTRUCTURE OF ROADS We assure our property owners paved roads in all of our developments. We’ve partnered with some of the best companies to deliver quality and beautiful infrastructure.

Costa Developers completed the infrastructure of the first project, Costa Montaña Estates, in less than 18 months. All of our developments include club houses, large green areas and the infrastructure of roads, electricity and water.

Abonos Agro is a manufacturer and supplier of construction materials and supplies. They have the largest volume of sale of steel products, construction materials, hardware and finishes in Costa Rica. It is one of the most well respected companies in the country, in terms of sales and employees.
OTHERS offer their property owners dirt roads and high density communities with limited green areas.

Some of them have been developing for over 5 years without completing any of the infrastructures of their projects.

FINANCING Costa Developers has created strong relations with many banks in Costa Rica to satisfy our clients’ requirements.

We recently joined with Banco Nacional in presenting the BN- Home Financing Program which has been specifically designed to fulfill the Costa Developers property owners demand for residences at Costa Montaña Estates.


Banco Nacional is the largest bank in Central America with US $2.6 billion in assets, 140 branches and 246 automatic tellers. Banco Nacional de Costa Rica offers a full range of personal and corporate financial services. Banco Nacional employs over 4300 people.

OTHERS do not offer their property owners financing to build their homes. The consequence is undeveloped properties that do not increase their value. The banks in Costa Rica do not offer any financing programs to unreliable companies.

1. Identify the Seller

2. Identify the property you want to purchase

All Costa Rican land is registered at a central depository called National Registry. It is there were one shall begin a title search for a property. The National Registry publicly certifies who owns the property, as well as all the property description: location, nature, measures, boundaries, plot map and you can make sure the property has a clear title. All of our properties are titled and clear of any liens or encumbrances.
