Price Increase in construction costs

Due to the booming construction industry in Costa Rica, and the high demand for raw materials and labor, the costs for home building have increased dramatically in the past 12 months. Therefore, effective immediately, the price for building a home in our developments will increase from $120.00 per square foot, to $130.00 per square foot for a fully upgraded home, which includes the following features:

Structure:

  • • Concrete walls
  • • Steel truss roof structure
  • • Concrete slab
  • • State of the art, energy saving, color coordinated rooftops and solar panels
  • • All MASTER Bedrooms
  • • Privacy Unit Capability

  • • Oversized solid wood front door
  • • Wood internal doors
  • • 4" Wood moldings
