I honestly have never thought about buying property outside of the U.S. until I started to hear good positive things about Costa Rica. I did a lot of research on the internet and found a few horror stories about buying real estate in Costa Rica, such as "squatters" and problems with procuring a clear title to a property. I came down to Costa Rica in January and dealt with another company before I met you and they were not very impressive or professional, their property was not nearly as nice as your project is!
